- How can The Wellman Group help me build my real estate business?
After more than 20 years as an entrepreneur, I have found that every person has unique skills and talents. Becoming an entrepreneur requires that you discover your skills and talents and then make the greatest use of them. It will be my job and pleasure to help you find those skills and talents.
- Why do so many people fail in Business?
How do I answer this question?? There are many factors that lead to failure in business; the lack of resources, the lack of solid training, unrealistic expectations and time lines, lack of real desire, fear of success, fear of failure, and so on. But I believe that the number one reason people fail in business is that they don't really know how to run their business as a business and therefore they make fatal mistakes from which they cannot recover. I have made most of those mistakes and survived! Because of what I have learned by failing forward, I can help you to see them before they ruin your business enterprise.
- How much time does it take to be successful in real estate?
This question is best answered by your definition of success. Most people can create a good income over the course of a couple years even if they can only part time in the beginning. Some people succeed sooner and some later, it depends on how teachable you are and how passionate you are to your business and your definition of success. If you don't have at least some amount of time to devote every day you are probably not ready for to start a business.
- What do I have to commit to in order to get help from you?
You have to commit to sitting down with me either live or via email and talking to me about you, your business, and what you want in order to be successful. If I feel like I can contribute to your success I will tell you. If I don't think I can help, I will tell you that as well.
- Can anyone be successful in real estate?
No! Success is available to everyone, but not everyone will be successful. Success comes to those who are willing to pay the price success requires. Those who will sit by and wait for success to trip over them will not do well in real estate (or any other business for that matter).
- What are you selling?
I do recommend certain products, services, and educational materials. When you see the value of these products and choose to purchase them, I get paid. My advice and mentoring at this point is free.
I am producing training materials and other coaching tools that when developed will be products for sale. Until then enjoy what I have to offer and consider my associates and their products carefully. If they will benefit you buy them if not leave them "on the shelf."
- What can I expect from your advice?
My advice will contain tips and tricks for building a successful real estate business. I will ask lots of questions and listen intently to your answers.
After hearing from you, I will work hard to help you formulate a marketing plan that will brand you as an expert in the area of real estate that best suits you. I will also continue to search out new ideas and options for you to consider.
Nothing I recommend are you required to undertake. My role is to help you think through ideas and to suggest courses of action that will grow your business.
It is incumbent upon me to give you good advice because if I don't you won't come back to me for more!
- Where can I stay updated about current ideas and trends?
I have a blog that I update regularly. It will provide the best of my thinking plus ideas from others who have built successful businesses as well.
